Buyer demographics skew toward C-suite executives, business owners, physicians, and professional athletes who want privacy and security without leaving Frisco ISD zoning. Several Dallas Cowboys and Stars players have called Newman Village home over the years, which is a function of the gated security setup and the proximity to The Star.
Inventory is the constraint. Turnover is consistently low, and well prepared homes routinely trade in under 30 days. If Newman Village is on your list, plan to work the off market and coming soon channels actively. Showing up the day a listing hits MLS is often a day too late.
