Legacy West in Plano, Watters Creek in Allen, and CityLine in Richardson all delivered measurable adjacent residential premiums once the office and retail anchors stabilized. The Mix is structurally similar in scale and tenant profile, which is why long term Frisco buyers are tracking it closely.
